The Namche labs are running well with Trek E all tested and off up to Pheriche.

Club Namche is in fine flow after seeing its first Ceroc night for the return of Trek A and Trek E?s first night. Helen and Lee ran a brilliant night with everyone enjoying themselves. Even Alan and Monty learnt some new moves to wow the ladies with.

Saturday was market day so the Namche team went off in search of fresh fruit. Monty went for an overdue shave, haircut and massage by the one and only Namche barber, armed with a cut throat razor and shear like scissors.

The team were in high spirits as most were able to contact loved ones with the use of Skype. Although Namche is a lovely place communication is still difficult and expensive.

Sunday saw Helen?s birthday celebrations with an excellent spaghetti bolognaise, garlic bread and rose wine.

This evening we see the arrival and return of Trek F and Trek B, whom we hope will be fine participants in the second Club Namche Ceroc class.

Hi Lee and Helen,
Glad you had a wonderful time here and look forward to a few dance lessons when you get out to Australia. The meal sounded ok too, who was the cook? I hope you had a glass of a good red to go with your meal.
