Trek B arrive at Everest Base Camp

Trek B arrived at Everest Base Camp yesterday, with a special banner. They were in good spirits, and have been in the lab today, being tested by our enthusiastic lab staff.

Our climbing team set off up the ice fall to camp one, and we have heard that they have all arrived safe and well. Some of the lab staff will be off to the trekkers' mess tent tonight to entertain, and then it will be time for more testing tomorrow.

CXE are in full swing now, as trek F are due to arrive in Kathmandu tomorrow. Trek F includes our headline sponsor John Caudwell, and his brother, Brian. This means nearly half of our trekkers are currently in Nepal.

The Young Everest Team met with group B at Namche and they all want to say a big hello...enoying reading the blogs and they all want to come to Oli's school tp report back! Life is quite strange back in the UK for the Everest children now they are back in school! But they are enjoying good English pub food and Johnny had a pint of London Pride - don't tell Monty.
