A gentle nudge?

And I thought it was only my sister that read the blog! Now I have had a gentle nudge from another trekker reminding me that I have not contributed to the blog for a while. I apologise to all blog readers for my tardiness.

I have asked our web designer to set up a system to allow people to make comments, ask general questions and send messages to the Xtreme Everest team. Once this is in place please feel free to use it at your leisure.

What have I been doing recently? Christmas is fast approaching, so we have been organising the Christmas meeting and party for the core team at the Alpine Club.

I am also organising a trip to Germany. Denny, Helen and I are travelling just before Christmas to visit Cortex. Cortex are supplying our breath by breath gas analysis system, and we will be receiving extensive training in machinery maintenance as we will be in a remote environment, without easy access to their usual support system.

Mac, Mike, Monty and I went to an event at Ealing Rugby Club on Saturday to promote Xtreme Everest, and took the cardiopulmonary exercise testing kit along with us. Thanks to Northgate and Meridian for the loan of the van that allowed us to transport the kit there.
