Writer's blog!

I have been suffering from writer's block. I gather from the web that this is a common phenomenon with people who write blogs.

I have spent a good part of the weekend working on my dissertation for my Master's so it obviously is not a universal problem for me. This is a relief as I am going to spend a good part of the day drafting the information sheets related to next year's sea level testing. Once we have confirmed that each trekker has passed both Jagged Globe's and Xtreme Everest's medical screening, and booked a sea level test date, I will send out 'joining instructions'. So, if you have yet to fill out either screening questionnaire, you need to find them and send them off.

Dan, Denny and Helen are down in Somerset testing equipment in Andy Elsen's pressure chamber. This is a continuation of the work that was done on Cho Oyu to ensure the equipment will perform as we expect next year. Time keeps flying by, and soon it will be Christmas, and then the fun really starts!
